Barge\/Ara\u00e7 \u00fccreti + Depolama \u00fccreti + Nakliye \u00fccreti + Bertaraf \u00fccretlerinin toplam\u0131ndan olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>MARPOL 73\/78 Ek-V kategorisindeki \u00e7\u00f6p at\u0131klar\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde evsel at\u0131klar, yemek at\u0131klar\u0131 gibi bertarafa tabi olmayan at\u0131klar d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki at\u0131klar i\u00e7in Barge, ara\u00e7, depolama, nakliye, bertaraf vs. ek maliyetler s\u00f6z konusu olup \u00e7\u00f6p al\u0131m \u00fccretine ilaveten ayr\u0131ca yans\u0131t\u0131l\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Tarifenin 1. k\u0131sm\u0131nda yer alan \u201cSabit \u00dccrete D\u00e2hil Verilebilecek At\u0131k Miktarlar\u0131\u201dndan MARPOL 73\/78 Ek-I kapsam\u0131nda yer alan Sintine Suyu, At\u0131k Ya\u011f ve Sla\u00e7 at\u0131klar\u0131, toplam miktarlar\u0131 belirtilen miktar\u0131 ge\u00e7meyecek \u015fekilde ya da ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 olarak belirtilen miktarlar d\u00e2hilinde al\u0131nacakt\u0131r. Bunun \u00fczerindeki miktarlar, 2. k\u0131s\u0131mdaki m<sup>3<\/sup> ba\u015f\u0131na uygulanacak \u00fccretlere g\u00f6re \u00fccretlendirilir.<\/li>\n<li>At\u0131klar\u0131n al\u0131nmas\u0131 i\u015flemlerinde; gemilerin bildirimleri ile at\u0131klar\u0131n y\u00f6netimine ili\u015fkin usul ve esaslar\u0131 belirleyen ve T.C. \u00c7evre, \u015eehircilik ve \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u00c7evre Y\u00f6netimi Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn 09.09.2022 tarih ve 84973951-010.06.02-4529292 say\u0131l\u0131 yaz\u0131s\u0131 ile yay\u0131mlanan 2022\/14 say\u0131l\u0131 Denizcilik At\u0131klar\u0131 Uygulamas\u0131 Genelgesi kapsam\u0131nda hareket edilmesi zorunludur.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00fcm gemiler, liman at\u0131k al\u0131m tesislerince verilen hizmetlerin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilmesi i\u00e7in gerekli katk\u0131y\u0131 sa\u011flarlar. Bunun i\u00e7in Ek-1\u2019in birinci k\u0131sm\u0131nda belirtilen oranlarda sabit \u00fccret \u00f6denmesi zorunludur.<\/li>\n<li>Sabit \u00fccret \u00f6deyen gemiler Ek-1\u2019in birinci k\u0131sm\u0131nda belirtilen t\u00fcr ve miktardaki at\u0131klar\u0131 \u00fccretsiz olarak verebilirler. Belirtilen at\u0131k t\u00fcrleri ve miktarlar d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda verilecek at\u0131klar i\u00e7in, Ek-1\u2019in ikinci k\u0131sm\u0131nda belirtilen m<sup>3<\/sup> ba\u015f\u0131na \u00fccret al\u0131n\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Devlete ait olup ticari olmayan hizmet gemileri, maksimum 12 yolcu kapasitesi olan yat ve tekneler, liman s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde tarifeli sefer ile yolcu ta\u015f\u0131yan gemiler ile kabotaj hatt\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan gemiler sabit \u00fccret \u00f6demezler. U\u011fraks\u0131z ge\u00e7en gemilerin talepleri halinde at\u0131k t\u00fcr ve miktar\u0131na bak\u0131lmaks\u0131z\u0131n Sabit \u00dccrete Tabi \u00dccret al\u0131nd\u0131ktan sonra ilave verece\u011fi at\u0131\u011f\u0131n t\u00fcr ve miktar\u0131na g\u00f6re m<sup>3<\/sup> ba\u015f\u0131na \u00fccret tarifesi uygulan\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Kabotaj hatt\u0131ndaki; 150 groston ve alt\u0131 tankerler ile 400 groston alt\u0131 di\u011fer gemilere at\u0131k t\u00fcr\u00fcne g\u00f6re Ek-1\u2019in ikinci k\u0131sm\u0131nda belirtilen m<sup>3<\/sup> \u00fccretinden %25, devlete ait olup ticari olmayan hizmet gemileri, maksimum 12 yolcu kapasitesi olan yat ve tekneler, liman s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde tarifeli sefer ile yolcu ta\u015f\u0131yan gemilere at\u0131k t\u00fcr\u00fcne g\u00f6re Ek-1\u2019in ikinci k\u0131sm\u0131nda belirtilen m<sup>3<\/sup> \u00fccretinden %50 indirim uygulan\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>Tarifenin 1. k\u0131sm\u0131nda yer alan \u201cSabit \u00dccrete D\u00e2hil Verilebilecek At\u0131k Miktarlar\u0131\u201d ndan MARPOL 73\/78 Ek-I kapsam\u0131nda yer alan Sintine Suyu, At\u0131k Ya\u011f, Sla\u00e7, Pis Su ve \u00c7\u00f6p at\u0131klar\u0131, toplam miktarlar\u0131 belirtilen miktar\u0131 ge\u00e7meyecek \u015fekilde ya da ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 olarak belirtilen miktarlar d\u00e2hilinde al\u0131nacakt\u0131r.
